How does it work?

It’s simple. Just create a customer account when you shop (or log in before making a purchase). The value of all your completed orders from the past 10 months is automatically added up in your account. This gives you plenty of time to replenish your favourite creams or perfumes exactly when you need them – while your discount patiently waits for you.

As soon as the total value of your purchases exceeds a certain threshold, you automatically receive a discount on all future products.

• Basic Level: 5% Discount

You’ll receive this discount once your total spending exceeds €70. Your first reward comes quickly. After just a few purchases, you can shop our entire range at 5% off.

• Silver Level: 10% Discount

You’ll receive this discount once your total spending exceeds €150. Designed for true lovers of our cosmetics. Stock up on your favourite products and we’ll reward you with a noticeable discount on every subsequent order.

• Gold Level: 15% Discount

You’ll receive this discount once your total spending exceeds €300. Royal treatment for our most loyal customers. As a Gold customer, you’ll not only enjoy our highest possible discount, but with every subsequent order, we’ll also be delighted to include up to 4 product samples and one full-size product completely free of charge. This way, you can keep discovering our upcoming new products and other fragrances from our workshop.

• You can always find your current discount level and the amount you need to spend to reach the next level in your profile after logging in.
