Usage

Bath: Add 5 drops to bath water at up to 37 °C. For better solubility, mix with salt or a carrier vegetable oil.

Direct inhalation: Put 1–2 drops on a cotton handkerchief or cotton pad and inhale.

Aroma jewellery: Apply 1–5 drops depending on the size of the jewellery.

Aroma lamp or diffuser: Add 2–3 drops and let the scent spread through your home, office, or even your car.
👉 Start with fewer drops so the blend is not too strong. The effect of essential oils is most intense in the first 30–60 minutes, after which it gradually decreases.
Contraindications
Never apply undiluted directly to the skin – always dilute in a carrier oil. Non-toxic, non-irritant, but occasionally sensitising. Always test a small amount first for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Direct or indirect contact with eyes causes irritation. If pregnant, consult your doctor before use.
