ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

USE

• Add 5 drops to a bath at a temperature up to 37°C. For better solubility, mix with salt or a carrier vegetable oil.
• Direct inhalation – Add 1 to 2 drops to a cotton handkerchief or cotton pad and inhale.
• Aroma jewelry – Add a few drops (1-5 drops depending on the size of the jewelry).
• Aroma lamp or diffuser – Add 2-3 drops to the aroma lamp and let it diffuse in your home, apartment, office, or even in your car.
• Start with fewer drops at first to avoid the blend being too strong. The effect of essential oils is most effective during the first 30-60 minutes, depending on how quickly the oils evaporate. After this time, the effect of the oils diminishes.

Contraindications

• Never apply undiluted to the skin, only diluted in a carrier oil. Non-toxic, non-irritating, but occasionally sensitizing. Always test a small amount first for sensitivity or allergic reactions. Direct and indirect contact with eyes may cause irritation. If pregnant, consult a doctor before use.
